Overview

A global healthcare technology leader’s overarching vision is to responsibly and efficiently utilize and manage customer account data. To achieve this vision, they needed to automate and standardize their Sold-To, Ship-To, Payer, Bill-To, and Hierarchy Node accounts across key EMEA countries. Additionally, automating their customer create and change process will help promote consistency, informed decision-making, and high data quality across the organization.
