This new version required the company to move all their existing solutions from Foundation to Evolve. The organization saw this as an opportunity to implement improvements in their existing business partner (BP) solutions that leverage the Winshuttle / Precisely platform. Their focus for this project was on the development and implementation of two primary business processes – Business Partner Create and Business Partner Change.
The organization was facing several challenges with their existing solutions. They had complex internal business rules, systems and process requirements that were not “business friendly”. These complexities were causing inefficiencies and poor end-user experience. Other top challenges included:
Manual data entry and communication processes
Lack of internal documentation made onboarding difficult

Tethered to SharePoint on-prem

The ag supply chain company’s investment and implementation of Automate Evolve has resulted in significant improvements in their existing business partner solutions. The solutions now better align with current business processes, eliminated manual steps and improved communication throughout the organization. The end-user experience has been significantly improved through modern form elements, improved usability, and information flow. The reduced complexity in solution designs has also enabled shorter enhancement cycles and related development processes, such as testing and deployment.
The organization’s journey to improve their business partner create and business partner change process has been a success. They will continue to work closely with the Clear Process Solutions team to prioritize business processes and implement solutions developed on the Automate Evolve platform.
